Vegan Gelato Flavours
New vegan gelato flavours introduced during the hottest month of the year so far!
First up was a fantastic new partnership with the amazing Teapigs using their incredible Matcha Tea. We loved experimenting with various combinations before finally settling on a vegan recipe which included coconut cream and soya milk. A truly refreshing flavour, perfect as a milkshake too. We had some lovely reviews from; Sheerluxe and of course a tweet from @teapigs.
Another new vegan gelato we launched in Selfridges food hall included, choco, caramel and peanuts. A fantastic flavour using, coconut cream and soya milk.
Gelato Tasting with Jamie Oliver
In amongst all this excitement with new vegan gelato flavours we also visited Jamie Oliver on Piccadilly Circus, to help with their summer festival series. Here staff learn about Italian culture and where food trends. We (obviously) presented our gelato and let the staff enjoy a tasty treat before their shifts started.
St. Pancras is now well and truly settled and passengers were more than happy to enjoy a cold treat during the 34 degree heat wave we had!
