Move aside, pumpkin spice – there’s a new flavour rewriting the season. At Snowflake Gelato, we’ve taken the world’s most luxurious nut and blended it with warming spices to create something truly unforgettable: the Pistachio Spice range. From lattes and hot chocolate to gelato and nut butter, this is autumn reimagined in green.

What is Pistachio Spice Latte?

Pistachio Spice Latte is our twist on the autumn classic. Instead of the usual pumpkin syrup, we use pure pistachio paste paired with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and green cardamom. The result? A drink that’s creamy, earthy, and spiced – balanced for warmth, not overwhelm. It’s an autumn ritual, but made with Snowflake quality and creativity.
